Ashwini Sansare

Physical Therapist, MPT, OCS

Ashwini comes to us from Washington, DC  where she worked at a sports and orthopedic setup for 4 years. She is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist. She has also served as a research collaborator at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and has been an item writer for the NPTE Physical therapy licensing exam. She grew up in India where she completed her undergraduate studies till she came to the USA for graduate school at University of Pittsburgh. Outside of work, Ashwini enjoys spending time outdoors hiking with her husband. She is also a trained dancer and has tried her hand at different dance forms, including belly dancing, Latin American ballroom, contemporary jazz and Indian classical dance.

Gentry Ensign

Physical Therapist, PT, DPT

Dr. Gentry Ensign joined Oasis Physical Therapy in 2017. He is a graduate of the University Puget Sound, and completed his undergraduate degree in Public Health at Brigham Young University. He grew up moving often in an Air Force family, and recently moved here from Chugiak, Alaska.  Gentry has a wealth of experience in several physical therapy settings. He is fluent in German. Gentry enjoys being outdoors, running, and spending time with his wife, who is a local school teacher. 

Wendy Fogelson

Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA

Wendy has spent the last eight years pursuing her interest in physical health and awareness. While at Washington State University, Wendy became interested in, and decided to pursue, a career in the field of physical therapy. She is a 2006 graduate of Green River Community College’s Physical Therapist Assistant program. Currently Wendy is finishing her bachelors of science in Physical Activity and Health from Eastern Oregon University. Wendy has spent the last four years developing her skills towards the area of orthopedics.  Wendy likes to incorporate both functional and manual aspects of treatment to help patients meet their goals. She truly enjoys helping her patients return to the activities that they love. In her off time Wendy loves spending time with her husband and their 3 children, scrapbooking, reading, running and involvement in church activities.
