Dr. Taylor Farnsworth graduated with his doctorate in physical therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2016. Taylor joined Oasis Physical Therapy in 2017. He is Graston certified, and pursuing board certification in orthopedics. Taylor has an extensive background in track and field, cross country, road racing and trail running, and understands the physical demands that endurance sports place on the musculoskeletal system. He has experience treating all levels of athletes, from beginner to professional. Taylor completed his B.S. degree in Exercise Science at Brigham Young University in 2014 while competing on their NCAA division I track & field and cross country teams. Taylor enjoys treating patients of all ages and abilities with varying diagnoses and goals. Outside of the office, you can find Taylor spending time with his family, playing his drum set and enjoying the great outdoors.
Physical Therapist, PT, MPT
Kirsten graduated in 2002 with her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. She has enjoyed working part time with Oasis as she raises her two children and is an active mom in their classrooms and after school activities.
Kirsten is friendly, fun and helps her patients in a very caring way. They love Kirsten’s caring and gentle treatment. In her spare time she enjoys chess matches, the outdoors and playing with her kids.
Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA
Sam has been a practicing PTA for over 10 years. He has experience in most settings including home health, hospital, skilled nursing, and outpatient. He enjoys outpatient the best. He has two little ones, a 7 year old boy with Down Syndrome and a 5 year old girl. He loves his children and enjoys helping them grow and develop, and doing fun activities together. He also enjoys the outdoors and doing things like hiking, camping, and swimming in the river. He loves learning and would like to continue with his education and eventually earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
