Mindi is known for sharing her passion and the many benefits of plant-based living.  She can be found trying new recipes in the kitchen, snow skiing and spending time outdoors with her husband and 4 children.

Monica Mohl

President

Monica is native to the Tri-Cities attending Kennewick High School, Columbia Basin College and graduating from Washington State University with focus in Business, Human Resources and Accounting.  She is a patient advocate for reducing barriers to accessing healthcare.  Monica is an analytic at heart and finds joy in creating efficiencies that allow our team to create a constant, high-quality patient experience.  Monica is known for emphasizing “intentionality” and has a passion for equipping people, both our internal Oasis Team as well as through our team with our patients.

Monica is happily married and has 3 kids and 2 dogs.  Monica invests her time with church, family and friends doing some of her favorite activities: softball, camping, boating and running.  Whatever you do – be intentional and make memories doing it!

Jeannie Espedal

Director of Marketing & Public Relations

Jeannie was born in the Tri-Cities, and after graduating from Hanford High School set off for new adventures!  While attending Puget Sound Christian College and the Seattle Art Institute she honed her skills and desire to be a connector.  Jeannie LOVES being able to meet people where they are, and leave them better than she found them, and her function at Team Oasis gives her plenty of opportunity to do just that!

Jeannie moved home to the Tri-Cities in 2017 from the the suburbs of Austin, TX where she spent 11 years growing a successful Child Care Business and raising 2 kids with her husband (her favorite human being) of 15 years.  She was ready to return to her background in the Marketing & PR world, and Oasis has been her work home ever since.

Jeannie is known for sharing her skills freely in acts of service in all areas of her life, and deeply values her connection to her church, her family, her friendships, and her community.

Taylor Farnsworth

PT, DPT, OCS

Taylor earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2016.  He became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2019.  He is a level 2 (advanced) Credentialed Clinical Instructor (CCIP).

Taylor believes that the best part of his career is helping patients to set and achieve goals that are meaningful to them.  He feels fulfilled whenever he helps an individual overcome physical limitations to take control of their situation.  The Oasis Team has been the perfect environment for him to give his patients the best possible care.

Taylor loves running!  Track and field, cross country, ultra-marathons, trail adventures – just all of it!  Mountain Biking is another love and seeing what he can do with his body in the outdoors is emotionally energizing to him.  Taylor finds great joy in being active with family and friends.

Taylor’s wife and 3 children are the true loves of his life, and his motivation to be the best person he can be!

Kyle Perry

PT, DPT

Kyle earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from South College in Tennessee after attending BYU and loves that being a Physical Therapist grants him the opportunity to see so many different people with varying levels of ability get back to doing what they love while getting more out of life.

Kyle loves everything about the great outdoors.  Hiking, camping, driving a new dirt road, or sleeping under the stars: if it is outside, he is all for it!  If he is not in the clinic, you can probably find Kyle out in the woods or behind a camera lens, enjoying his passion for photography.

Kimberly Jesernig

Billing Manager

Kim is native to the Tri-Cities and graduated from Pasco High School: Go BullDogs!

Kim loves crafts of all kinds, especially scrapbooking.  She considers the books she makes for her family treasures, confident that they will be cherished for generations.

Kim feels incredibly blessed to be to be a part of the Oasis PT family – and we feel the same!  She feels energized by her work, knowing that she is a part of a team that helps others while building a business with integrity.

Samantha Gregory

Office Manager North Richland & Walla Walla

Samantha is a graduate of Columbia Basin College and enjoys spending most of her free time out of work watching her kids play sports here in the beautiful Tri-Cities: she wouldn’t have it any other way!  She also loves to kayak, hike, take road trips, go out to dinner and complete puzzles.

At Oasis Samantha loves being able to help patients conquer pain without medications or costly procedures.  When you see a patient start their PT journey with tears in their eyes from pain end with walking out with a smile and pep in their step – it makes coming to work every day easy!
